Gift Forms (print & return)
If you wish to make your gift by cheque or by sending us your credit card details on a gift form please print and complete the appropriate form and return it to the Development & Alumni Relations Office, University of Otago, PO Box 56, Dunedin 9054, New Zealand.
In the UK
If you reside in the UK (to take advantage of in-country tax benefits) please make your cheque payable to the Otago University Trust and send it to Chapel & York, PO Box 50, Lingfield RH7 6FT, United Kingdom. For further information please contact the The Otago University Trust (UK).
In Canada
If you reside in Canada please make your cheque in CAD payable to the University of Otago and send it to the Development & Alumni Relations Office, University of Otago, PO Box 56, Dunedin, New Zealand. We will send you a receipt suitable for Canadian tax purposes.
In the USA
If you reside in the USA and wish to make a gift you can do so by visiting the Alumni of University of Otago in America, Inc.
